I set up a mailserver with Postfix and Dovecot, however I can't get aliases to work for some reason. Every time I send an email to an alias I receive a "User unknown" or "User unknown in virtual mailbox table". How do I fix this?
To resolve this issue check your Postfix main.cf file for the following line and remove it:
receive_override_options = no_address_mappings
