Select Mobile Device Management

Select Options in the ActiveSync tree

Enable ActiveSync to include public folders by selecting ActiveSync includes public folders.

Enable ActiveSync to include shared folders by selecting ActiveSync includes shared folders.

Click Ok

*NOTE - MDaemon supports syncing these folder types, however, the behavior of accessing shared folders via the ActiveSync protocol can vary.  Not all device clients are capable of handling this data.
