IMail 12 web messaging does not display the correct message/calendar time offset

There is an issue in version 12 with web messaging timezone settings that causes this problem to occur.

Note: The steps below only apply to version 12.3. If you are on an earlier version of 12 please upgrade before proceeding.

1) Download the ZIP file located here.
2) On the IMail Server, navigate to ..\IMail\WebDir\WebClient v2\Scripts and make a backup copy of your current TimezoneDST.js file.
3) Stop IIS web services.
4) Replace the old TimezoneDST.js file with the new one located in the ZIP file.
5) Restart IIS web services.

Note: Some end users may need to clear their browser cache if the problem is not immediately resolved.
