How to add a domain and email address to SmarterMail

1) Sign into the top level admin account for the server you are working with.

 

2) Click New, enter the name and hostname of the domain you want to add then add an admin username and secure password of your choosing.

 

3) Locate the Outbound IPv4 dropdown option, pop down the box and select the IP address the domain will be using.

 

4) Locate the Disk Space textfield in the Limits section, change the disk space value to whatever you need.

 

5) Locate the Users textfield, enter the number of users that are needed on the domain.

 

6) To add an email address, click the Accounts tab then click New.

 

7) Enter a username of your choice and a secure password then click Save.

 

8) Locate the Mailbox Size Limit textbox and adjust the mailbox size to your needs, then click Save.
