1) Sign into an admin level account for the SmarterMail server.

2) Click the three dot Actions button.

3) Click Rebuild Folder.

4) Enter the email address of the user that you want to rebuild the folder(s) for.

5) Enter the name of the folder you want to rebuild. If you want to rebuild all the subfolders within that folder, slide the recursive setting to the ON position.

6) Click OK.
