How to share resources with multiple users in SmarterMail
One helpful feature in SmarterMail is Resource Sharing. Resource sharing enables users to share information such as calendars, inboxes, or even task delegations with multiple other users at any given time. Below is a quick start guide to setting up these shared resources for yourself or your organization.
1) Sign into a SmarterMail account then navigate to the Settings page.
2) On the left side of the screen, select Sharing then select Shared With Others.
3) Click New, then a New Shared Folder window should be displayed.
4) Select the Folder dropdown and select the resource you wish to share (i.e., Calendars, Contacts, Inboxes, Notes)
5) In the User text box, enter any email addresses or aliases you wish to share the resource with. Optionally, if you have any User Groups already set up you can share resources with the entire user group the same way without having to add each user individually. Don't forget to set the user's access permissions via the dropdown arrow to the right of the User text box.
6) Click Save and the resource should now be accessible to the users or groups added.
