To uninstall Declude, do the following:

If using Declude with Smartermail:

1.) Log into your Smartermail admin interface and uncheck the Declude box. Click Save.
2.) Log into your server and stop the decludeproc service from the Windows services area.
3.) Open a command prompt and cd to the Smartermail directory.
4.) Run the following command: decludeproc -u then close the command prompt.
5.) Navigate the the Smartermail directory and delete the decludeproc.exe and the .dll files.
6.) Also in the Smartermail directory, delete the Declude folder.

If using Declude with Imail:

1.) Log into your Imail admin interface and change the Delivery Application to SMTP32.exe. Click Save.
2.) Log into your server and stop the decludeproc service from the Windows services area.
3.) Open a command prompt and cd to the Imail directory.
4.) Run the following command: decludeproc -u then close the command prompt.
5.) Navigate the the Imail directory and delete the decludeproc.exe and the .dll files.
6.) Also in the Imail directory, delete the Declude folder.
